This swervy-patterned textured scarf has plenty of horizontal movement, and so it works particularly well with variegated and semi-solid yarns.
Takes approximately 100g of aran yarn or one 100g skein of hand-dyed Superfine Alpaca DK.
Needles: 5mm/6mm (depending on how loose/lacey you would like your scarf to be) straight knitting needles.
Difficulty rating: It's easy!
Works very well with our Beaufort Beret.
This wandering-wave patterned scarf is named after the Beaufort scale, a measure for describing wind speed based on wave size.
